Customising your Kooee
- Kooee’s customisation can be up to 15 letters with no Emojies at a flat cost rate of $15.00.
- Names are printed using heat transfer vinyl.
- Colour choices; gold, silver, pink, blue & white.
- We print using one colour per name and have two font styles to choose from, banksia and waratah.
- For all customisations, please allow 7 days from time of purchase for your order to be dispatched. Please note during peak times this may take up to 14 days. We do all we can to get your order dispatched ASAP!
- Customising your Kooee voids all exchange and warranty as per our terms and conditions.
- Wash your Kooee in a cold gentle cycle with sound box removed.
Customisation T&C’s
- Please double check the spelling of the name you request to be printed on your Kooee. We simply copy the exact name you provided to us, and we can’t refund a customised Kooee.
- Customised Kooee’s are excluded from our ‘change of mind’ return policy.
- The vinyl itself is not covered by warranty.
