Returns for Change of Mind

Kooee and Co offer FREE change of mind returns and exchanges on all sleep toys if within 14 days of purchase within Australia. If you order outside of Australia, you have 30 days to return and exchange.

All shipping is paid at the customers expense.

All personalised toys are exempt from this policy as per our Personalisation T&Cs.

If your Kooee was gifted and you didn’t purchase the item, you are entitled to a FREE exchange ONLY within 14 days.

Toys used in any way are excluded from the policy. 

Refunds will only be processed when the goods being returned have been received and confirmed as as-new quality.

Gifts exchanging for other
characters will require proof of purchase from the giftee including the specific order number.

Care and maintenance of the Kooee falls into the customers hands once
your Kooee is in your home.

We encourage you to regularly check both your Kooee and sound box that it continues to be a safe product for your child to use as
intended
